Anonymous YouTube Channel

I'd be interested in ways that would let me create a YouTube channel but without a Google Account and a way that is more privacy friendly. Are there other platforms that let me create a channel for free more privately, but in a way similar to YouTube (in a way that people could subscribe, like videos, etc.)? Thanks for any input. :)

nandohyphen1 I could successfully create long lasting google accounts with this method on GOS. From there to YouTube it should only be a few clicks I assume.

If it's just about watching YouTube and subscribing to channels, I recommend just using apps like GrayJay, Tubular or LibreTube as they come with more features such as video download, ad blocker, sponsorblock etc.

nandohyphen1 you can pay a few cents to smspool to verify a number for a google account, you likely do not need to have it attached after verification.

This is kind of like asking how to install GrapheneOS without having a phone... You can't post videos to YouTube anonymously (for obvious reasons). Maybe you could try an alternative like Vimeo instead?

Yeah, I'm seeing it looks like the only way would be with a google account. :/ I maybe will consider that eventually. I guess I could set up a Google Account on my computer? I don't need play services/ google on my phone, so honestly no point in even associating my phone with Google. :)

nandohyphen1 to note: you dont need to create a gmail to create a google account, and if youd like to use youtube anonymously separately from content creation you can use freetube, invidious, or piped, calls for youtube apis may fail due to recognition of a common VPN though.
