I am having issues recieving notifications, I won't recieve a notification for a while but then I'll unlock my phone and have a load delivered at once.. I have turned off battery optimization on both play services and the apps that are having issues that hasn't worked. I also have re installed the apps and turn my phone on and off but still getting issues.
