I manage it like every other app. I only use oura, and that one app is in my default profile. Not too scared about this besides from trusting them with my health data...

Huawei fit watch 3 with gadgetbridge. Google not needed.

Garmin smartwatch is pretty good, and can be used in most part with Gadgetbridge. Its internal data can also be retrieved offline via USB, but it is tedious.

The Garmin account via the app can be full of false information and works via VPN, they don't care much. Their privacy policy also seems decent.

Also, many of their watches can do payment, without requiring Internet or Bluetooth (except for setting up the link to your bank).

Wyut Yes, but payment happens on the watch itself, not on the phone.
