USB port not available on 2nd account?

I have pictures taken/saved on a second account and want to transfer images to pc but can't like I can do it on the main account. There's no USB-C port options (data transfer etc) on the 2nd like there is on the main account. How would I go about this?

On the Owner profile, you can manage USBC security settings under Settings> Security & privacy > Exploit protection> USB-C Port. Changes made under Owner will apply to all users

No secondary user should have the power to compromise the Owner profile, which could be the case if a secondary user could enable USBC after Owner has disabled it. So for security, only Owner has permission to modify this setting.
