Hello, everyone!
I've been racking my brains over this for quite some time now and haven't been able to figure it out.
I have a Google Pixel 9a with graphene, and I bought an eSIM from ghostsims.com. I installed and activated the eSIM normally, topped up my data credit, and tried it, but unfortunately without success. I changed the APN to the one recommended by support, but still without success.
Troubleshooting and their support keep telling me to change some eSIM profile. I've tried absolutely everything, but I can't access any eSIM profile. I can't use the SIM toolkit, even after installing Activity Launcher and trying to run it through that graphene dont let activity launcher launch SIM toolkit. I've tried everything, even ##4636##, with absolutely no success. I don't think support knows what to do with grapheneOS, and I haven't gotten much help from them so far, even though they have it in the grapheneOS guide. Im not using any app on that, if there is some, please tell me
I'm attaching the instructions that were included (Cant get past point 1 SIM MENU)
For Pixel Users with GrapheneOS:
1.Open the USIM/eSIM app.
2.Select your GhostSim eSIM.
Once you're in the SIM Menu:
1.Navigate to DMI / Settings / Profile.
You will see a list of profiles that are present in
your eSIM. The active profile is marked with a *
character.
2.Try manually selecting other profiles and wait 5-10
minutes after each selection, until your phone
restores network connection.
3.Try manually selecting other profiles and wait 5-10
minutes after each selection, until your phone
restores network connection.
Commonly, there is a profile beginning with 142 or
R2. This is the most common profile to work.
By following these instructions, you can manually
switch profiles on your mobile phone to address any
issues with your GhostSim eSIM
