CT6 If you haven't already, try enabling Exploit protection compatibility mode and see if that allows the app to run. Some apps crash due to exploit protections being enabled, but do so silently without generating a notification about the issue, making the issues a tad bit more difficult to track down. Maybe ATAK is one of them. If it does run with reduced protections, you can then progressively deduce which reduced protections the app needs to run and which you can re-enable.
