There was a similar thread posted a week or so ago with the author asking for small and unbloated mobile games to fill dead time. The purpose of this thread is exactly the opposite. List out emulators and windows compatibility layers that you've found that allow you to play desktop or console games on GrapheneOS.
Amethyst (formerly Pojav Launcher)
The following app allows you to play Minecraft: Java Edition on android. The game runs incredibly smooth in Graphene's desktop mode, I've played through the game a few times with friends using this app. There is also a fork to allow offline accounts.

Eden (formerly Citron and prior to Citron, Yuzu)
Eden is one of the many competing Nintendo Switch emulators out there, however with one key distinction. Eden has significantly improved support for the Mali GPU (included in Pixels). Attached is a screenshot of the games I have gotten running natively on a Pixel 8 Pro.
What is currently not working:
Breath of the wild runs in a playable manner however has significant shader issues. Sadly I was also not able to get Doom or Doom Eternal to run in a stable manner.
