Initial Setup before activating Tmobile Esim and wifi

I'm new to grapheneOS. I've researched the GOS site and forum for months. Finally used the web install to setuo a pixel 6 pro.
Other than what's on the Usage section on the GOS site does anyone have recommendations on the best settings for privacy after flashing GOS and relocking the bootloader?
I've read alot about attestation. I would like to know more about remote attestation. How people setup multiple users, Sandboxed Google Play Services, backups and updates, WiFi & esim (I'm connecting to T-Mobile), and any tips you may have for someone first using GOS.

Most private would be to not install PlayStore and any Googlestuff.
You could start with https://accrescent.app/ it is in the inbuild Store.
Since profiles make things complex you can use the Playstore in the private space. Or start with 2 profiles:
owner for foss and a second one for google.

I personal have ditched google 'completely' and am very happy.

xxx i will definitely read more into Accrescent. I was planning on setting up 3 users. Main(GPS or FOSS) , 2nd (GPS or FOSS), 3rd (Banking) sharing GPS from 1st or 2nd user. Is it possible to share GPS apps from any user?

I really don t know.
Personally I like to keep it simple.
Main Profile without google (molly unified push maps gcam (without internet) and foss.
as I don t need it at the moment. :-)
2nd Profile (or private space) with Playservice
3rd Profile (or private space) for Banking.

Not a friend of owner profile to push apps but that's just me.
I use as few apps as possible.
