I have created second user profile
I switch to that profile
I set up the phone, customize my settings, etc
when I edit the quick menu icons (ie, the ones that appear when i slide from top)
when I log out of the profile sometimes my settings are reset back to default.
sometimes my customizations are remembered for few sessions, but eventually I log out and when I log in back, the icons are reset to default
