You'll need enough storage space, and a browser that is known to work.
In general, USB images are designed to be toward the small end (so that they fit on smaller USB sticks that people tend to have sitting around), so they may not have enough space. But in theory it would be possible to install a small image on a large device and then adjust the partition sizes.
Overall, if you are proficient with Debian then there is no reason why it can't work. But it may not work "out of the box".
