Dear Graphene User Group,
I am experiencing an issue with my Graphene phone while I am in downtown Modesto, CA. Despite switching out the SIM card and seeking assistance from a T-Mobile store in Modesto , I still cannot get any service. When I leave the center of Modesto, I regain signal.
I would like to know what steps I can take to resolve this issue. The people right next to me at the T mobile store have cell service but I have none. Pixel 6A. Sim card.
