Yes all of them should work (I recommend Phoenix). Something in the way you set up Aurora or GOS must be causing this.
My best bet is that you set Aurora to a region where these apps are not available. But without further information we can't truly help you.
If these wallets are your only apps with issues getting installed, you could simply just download and install Phoenix yourself via Obtainium or simply a good habit of updating your apps yourself (you can get the app on Github)
You could also use Sandboxed Play Store with a throwaway account which is the secure and recommended way around here.
