Simple backup solution

Hello there,

New on Graphene OS, I need to know how to simply backup my data apps.
Was using Lineage with Micro G since so long time with Magisk root but I feel a little lost without my habits here. LOS with so much tweaks to avoid G connections so why not Graphene.
Open source app Neo Backup was my fav and saved me a lot of time but can not find similar et simple way to do the same now. Btw how can I restore apps data from such solution I was using?

I guess Settings > System > Backup? Seedvault is built into GOS and you can individually restore apps and files. The downside is that you can't access the data otherwise because it's encrypted.

prpl At present there is no secure alternative to SeedVault, so at present that's all that's supported.

Ok thanks to you, so I will check this app but I'm afraid it will so limited compared to other app I was using in the past.
