Noob ssl cert not updating?

Only on GOS am I having an issue with the SSA cert for ols.tax.ny.gov site where its showing an older one and marking it invalid.
I've rebooted and cleared everything but CA Authority and storage is a bit over my head.
Why isn't it working and how do I fix it for GOS to pull the top tier one?

I've tried to replicate this issue on my own GOS Pixel 10 base and I'm unable to, I've tested across multiple browsers Brave, Vanadium. Certificate of the website displays as normal for me.

Can you upload a screenshot?

Open Vanadium or what ever you use
Tap three-dot menu (⋮)
Settings > Privacy and security > Clear browsing data
Select "All time" as time range

Make sure you check Cookies and site data & Cached images and files
Tap "Clear data"

On your device, the SSL cert for ols.tax.ny.gov may be cached or invalid due to DNS, SSL cache, or outdated time settings. Try clearing DNS and socket pools at chrome://net-internals, check your date/time settings, and test in Incognito or Guest mode.
