3A is the theoretical max for the 45w power brick. Fast charge on pixel 10 is probably a tad below that.
If we consider a smartphone battery to be roughly equivalent to a good 21700, this will definitely put some wear on it.
I don't know why people keep repeating like brain dead parrots that fast charge is fine, cuz "it has been designed by the manufacturer", like in the deleted comment above..
There no real point for ultra slow charge, but fast charge is definitely way past the optimal amperage.
Yet again, if my analogy with 21700 batteries is not BS, your 0.9A charger is probably perfect (if that's what is actually going into the phone with the wireless setup).
