cant find "Sandboxes Google Play"

ive repeatedly looked through settings > apps or through user profiles to find the option to sandbox Google play services to handle business with google authenticator but its nowhere! Im on the owner profile and I cant find it!

spring-onion good lord i am stupid. sorry for all this, a chatbot which i trust to detail me on stuff i consider complex like 2fa and all the stuff im doing rn to handle all this seemed to have neglected to tell me that it will only be in the settings section if i install it from the graphene store first. im so sorry for wasting your time and server space

jarell dont worry, i did not use it to type anything on this forum. i used it with tech questions and guides i need because im not very IT compenet irl and so far its worked well but it being terrible with graphene beyond guiding installation is not surprising probably due to low information it can scrape. thanks again
