When you say you're not seeing who it is... What do you mean? Do you mean you are just getting something that says you have a call but nothing else? Are you seeing phone numbers, but they're not tied to a particular name? Something else?
The default phone app will show you a contact's name if they're in your contact list and a phone number if not.
