Do Not Disturb Icon Changed

I just noticed that the Do Not Disturb icon on the status bar has changed from a circle with a dash through it to something that looks like a calendar. On the lock screen, it's still the same. I was scratching my head wondering why there was some kind of calendar icon sitting up there and finally figured out that the icon had changed.

Anyone know when that happened?

On my Pixel 10 Pro XL and grapheneOS latest version (still advertised as experimental), if I enable “do not disturb,” I do see the ‘round’ icon with “a horizontal bar” visible in the status bar. Exactly where your image shows another icon.

Sorry I can't help you any further in finding out why you don't have the right icon.

I just checked the wife's stock Pixel 6 and she's got that calendar-ish icon for DND, too (on the lock screen as well). Sure do love Google for changing a perfectly good icon that telegraphs its meaning to something that means something quite different. For no reason at all.

EDIT: Looking at that screenshot again, maybe it's not a calendar. Maybe it's a plug with a little timer on it?

It changed in QPR2.

If you just enable DND, it uses the old icon

If you have a scheduled "mode", it uses the calendar-like icon

This is true, and it seems that if you create a custom mode, you can choose your own icon for it.

So it seems that the icon is tied to the specific mode rather than whether it is scheduled or not.

Probably9857 yes, and I couldn't reproduce that 'scedule' icon showing for DND in any manual fuzz case.
