Please, substantiate your claims, at least with a link.
I do believe GrapheneOS to be more private and secure than other OSes. But such a posture doesn't advance the discussion by an inch.
/e/ OS and IodéOS are two different things.
The Fairphone 6 can be bought directly from Fairphone with /e/ OS preinstalled, while, in turn, a Fairphone with Iodé preinstalled can only be bought from Iodé.
Also, while the former has some major red flags, as is thoroughly detailed in the post linked above - it sends data to OpenAI without prior user consent, to cite one - the latter appears to be more genuinely oriented towards privacy, at least.
However, even Iodé isn't anywhere as secure as Graphene. A good overview, widely shared on this forum, can be found on Eylenburg's website. Even though it integrates some of Graphene's own improvements to AOSP (such as WiFi & BT auto-disabling, and a partial and weak implementation of Graphene's auto-reboot timer), it lacks some features even Googled Androids have (such as a way to do hardware-based security verification).
When it comes to privacy, too, Iodé falls short of Graphene (albeit not raising all the red flags that /e/ does). Eylenburg's comparison is pretty exhaustive.
Additional, detailed information on this can be found - in German - in a series of assessments of Android-based OSes by German security researcher Mike Kuketz (iodéOS, /e/ OS)) (since the articles were published in 2023, the Iodé team has taken into account some of Kuketz's remarks about privacy, and /e/ has integrated OpenAI).
These assessments also underline the security issues with using these OSes compared to Graphene or even AOSP.
Moreover (this isn't the case with the Fairphones), some of the devices Iodé officially supports don't allow relocking the bootloader.
In general, all this considered, Iodé is much more of a privacy-oriented Lineage customization, than a solid, thorough security-oriented OS like Graphene. And I'd opt for an used Pixel, if you have the chance.
