How do I actually get a couple of IP addresses that won't get flagged?

I'm not some kinda crazy serial spammer I just want to be able to post on sites and join communities anonymously. It's so lonely being blacklisted just because I use VPNs (and yes, before you ask I have anti-fingerprinting measures, I know they're far from perfect but still). I've heard bad things about static IPs from VPNs too so I'm just sticking to the datacenter ones that get banned every other day for now. The 'static IPs' actually get flagged too from what I've heard

Also I wanted to make a Google account that won't ask for my phone number and VPN-linked accounts are an instant fail

tux_ A library has loads of users so if someone gets banned on a website I was worried that everyone who registered on that address would also get banned. I'll be going to a library soon to make a google account though

Yes at least when I made all my accounts on a VPN they required a phone number. I didn't really care cuz my threat model was quite low but it is getting annoying now since more and more websites need my email which is linked to my phone number, which is also linked to my ID

tux_ I just checked and it seems many public WiFi spots in my country are controlled by the government and need to be unlocked with a local phone number so I'm not sure if what I do on that network gets tracked... granted I'm on HTTPS but it still feels weird

I'm not sure if the authentication links the WiFi to my device ID or something I'm bad at tech

Recently, when I attempted to create a G-account (via the browser of my PC), I was asked to scan a QR code, which generated a verification text message (outgoing). When I searched on G-support, they explained it was some sort of CAPTCHA to verify that I was a human.

tux_ I have one from another email provider but there are a few reasons to use gmail off the top of my head. First - they never get blacklisted. Second - they don't stand out and leave a huge obvious fingerprint when people or scanners see that you have a unique domain 99% of people don't use. Third - Gmail is by far the fastest and most reliable email provider that I've used. I was almost denied an important appointment once because Protonmail wouldn't load.

I do have throwaway emails but my main account is still google (linked to phone number...)

A google account is necessary to me just going by the first and second points. I went through hell to ditch google and im not going back. It was a point where my threat model was very unrealistic

Sorry for posting again... so in order to use Public WiFi here I have to enter my birth date and phone number (linked to ID), verify it, and that creates a Username and Password (in other words a Profile)

Steps
a) Add/Enter Network name: Wireless@SGx;
b) Under Security, select WPA/WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise
or 802.1x EAP;
c) Enter Username and Password
d) Under CA certificate, select ‘Use system certificates’.
e) Under Domain, paste the provider’s domain’s name.
f) Under EAP method, select 'PEAP';
g) Under Phase 2 authentication, select 'MSCHAPV2';
h) Under Anonymous identity, remove any text and leave this field blank.
i) Tap 'Save/Connect' and enjoy seamless connection to Wireless@SGx.

So I have no idea what all these technical terms mean but since the verification involves my real life information, that profile might be linked to my online profile. Now as far as I know HTTPS encrypts everything but the domain name so it should be safe since I'm browsing normal websites. But it makes me uncomfortable since there's a whole lot of technical jargon I don't get

Can't you just go to a public place that offers free Wifi without all that info?

23Sha-ger As far as I know most free WiFi here is controlled by the government. Libraries, Universities, Cafes. Even Starbucks which isn't a local company. There are probably exceptions so I'll spend some time looking. Anyway, I think it's just paranoia. HTTPS should block most stuff

I could always use a friend's hotspot...
