Regarding Wi-Fi security: The system doesn't seem to restrict or grant false Wi-Fi permissions (ACCESS_WIFI_STATE) to software, which could lead to serious privacy vulnerabilities. If the software obtains the Wi-Fi SSID and BSSID (router MAC address), this verification could allow the user to be tracked.

Watermelon These permissions don't require location services to access Wi-Fi information, and the Wi-Fi information and serial numbers are stored by the carrier. The solution provided by the gentleman above is the best, where special permissions are disabled.

I believe serial numbers and carrier info is protected by the App usage data special permission (which isn't granted by default like the Wi-Fi control special permission) and/or the Phone permission.

However, the BSSID can be used to track users, and the ISP stores this information. For example, if you use an encrypted wallet, even if you have a VPN enabled, the wallet itself can still obtain your serial number, IP address, BSSID, and other information, making it easy to track you.
