Alloc8 app

Hi, I need to download and use an app called Alloc8 for work purposes. When I go to download it, it comes up with an error message saying that it couldn't copy the files. I am new to Graphene OS, so am not sure how to successfully download this particular app. Thank you.

LAZ You haven't given us enough information. If the app won't work your employer would probably have to provide you a device to use it of it's required.

Vincent96 what kind of information do you need? As stated, I'm a new user to GOS, so not quite sure how much/what type of information is required.

LAZ You didn't say you were using Aurora Store. Try logging out and in again.
