Potential notification issue?

With the recent update I've found that silent notifications no longer show the app icon in the status bar any more. Is this normal behaviour? It used to be that when I would set notifications from certain apps, I'd still see the icon in the status bar letting me know that an app has sent a notification without sound or popups, but now I'll only know that I got a notification from an app if I pull down on the notification shade. Is this intentional?

I noticed this after upgrading to QPR2.

Check Settings > Notifications > Hide silent notifications in status bar

For me, it was enabled. I'm not sure if it was the setting that changed, or only the behavior. Disabling the setting restored the previous behavior.

Probably9857 Just checked, the setting was already enabled for me so that doesn't seem to be the issue for me

I think that is the issue... You need to disable it.
