Private space: re-enable disabled app?

I have some apps in the private space. I long-pressed on one of them, chose Options, then Disable. How do I reach the app list to re-enable it when necessary? Looks like private space lacks Settings functionality.

DeletedUser622 Open Settings, Apps, See All, touch Private tab, set filter to Disabled Apps. They are in that list. Private Space must be unlocked to see the Private tab.

Google's idea is that the owner settings app is used to manage both owner and private space.

When private space is unlocked, open the owner settings. At the top of the app list, there are tabs for Personal (owner) and Private.

There are some missing features (managing certificates, for example), but the commonly used ones work.
