How do I get backup working?

Can someone ELI5 how to get the backup function working? It only gives me 3 options:

WebDAV Cloud
My phone
WebDAV mount

As someone who doesn't even know what webdav is (I assume it's something similar to FTP from back in the day), how do I get it to simply upload my backup to my cloud provider of choice (pCloud)? Or failing that, to my NAS?

Otherwise I guess I will just save my backup to my phone and have 3rd party sync software sync to my cloud provider instead.

Set up a WebDAV server on your NAS and you'll be able to connect to it and backup.
