Is there a better keyboard for Graphine?

I'm starting to really like Graphine, but am still having issues with the keyboard - which runs words together if you hit backspace. This can end in you having to delete everything you just typed. It seems to only do it in certain contexts, but I'm hoping for other features too (multi item clipboard etc).

Any suggestions that are still secure and AI free?

FlorisBoard will likely be the future basis for a GrapheneOS keyboard app to replace the AOSP keyboard app.

I like FUTO Keyboard, it is source available and asks for a payment but it's an honor system and network is off by default.

I'm also looking for a new keyboard.

FlorisBoard looks nice but not very mature, e.g. missing basic features such as glide typing and word suggestions.

FUTO Keyboard looks amazing!
