Regarding an issue with the Google customer service for a battery problem with Pixel 7a (refunding costs for battery swap at official customer care) I have the following question:
The Google customer care asked me via mail to log in with my google account on the phone - which I have obviously running on Graphene with sandboxed Play services.
I assume, Graphene blocks Google from reading any information from my phone - so they caannot have a proof it is truly me (google account) using the respective phone (IMEI?).
Is there a way to allow this (for example in a separate profile)?
