Recently Downloaded Apps Not On Home Screen

Minor bug I've notice over the past month or so. Any app downloaded usually appears on the home screen and stays there until its moved or uninstalled. Now, they only appear on the home screen during low battery mode.

All apps still show on the main library, just not on the home screen when first downloaded unless battery saver is on.

Maybe it depends on the app itself and not the mode? Have you observed different behavior for the same app?

I have noticed that not all the apps drops themselves on the home, but in my case I don't recall it depends on battery mode?

I've noticed the same. I've had the icons for newly installed apps show up after reboots, actually after the last 2 gos updates though that may be just the first time the phone had restarted.

On the pixel 9 pro fold apps do not appear unless I reset or open/close my device. This is t a big issue for me however.

Try force close launcher, clear its cache and reboot. If that didn't work, clear the launcher internal space.
