I have tried some that are open source like Food Tracker but it's still too complicated to use it on a daily basis. Therefore I am looking for something that has more features and supports on a daily basis to not loose motivation to track all macros. I would like also to track the micros to get a feel whether everything is covered. I could also imagen to pay for it, however, I am also not sure if they stop tracking personal data etc if you pay for the app.
Do you have any recommandations? Thank you!
