Is LTE more more private (triangulation) than 5G?

Topic says all. And is there a difference between LTE and 4G as for triangulation?

When I decide to use a sim I prefer a lower accuracy.. I heard 5g allows for narrower tracking (10 metres instead of 100) or doesn't it matter and is 5g actually preferred because of "protocol security improvements"?
