I cannot describe this well enough when this happened.

No sim card, airplane mode only wifi.
This message show up every time whether telephone is booting, restarting or when turn on by charging.
After pressing button to continue, telephone's booting up normally, like it should.
This message concerns me.
It happened probably after one of the major updates.
I could share some log files if needed.
I don't know if that's any related.
Couple days ago.
Temperature was okay about 23°C
Battery was about 50% charge.
Internet good quality connection.
When watching content on new pipe with quality 1080p,
Video was stuttering.
Buffer was filling as should.
I don't know why this was happening.
There was nothing in the background.
I didn't use any VPN connection.
I used my second profile as a main operation.
One clear explanation could be that my memory was close to full.
I clean unnecessary files, and since then, I didn't experience stuttering on the video.
(I thought it's worth mentioning.)
