Trouble with install

I am using a GrapheneOS tablet to install GrapheneOS via Brave(shield off) onto another tablet. On the flashing stage, the device rebooted, but the web installer has been saying "restarting device" for 20 minutes now. The new device is resting in fastboot mode. FYI: Yes the device state: unlocked.

How do I proceed?

It has now been over an hour.

Just repeat the process at this point, if it still doesn't work try Vanadium (for me, when flashing from a phone it asks to select the device every time it reboots).

GOSbert it did not ask again after restart. Maybe that is the problem. Maybe I will try my GOS phone next.

GOSbert I was able to do it with my GOS phone.

I tried doing it again, no success. Then I tried Vanadium, no success. The web installer is stuck on "restarting device", even though the device has restarted, but not installing. BTW, I have 77GB of free storage space on the GOS tablet I am trying to use to install onto another new(128GB) tablet using the USB cable that came with it.
