I believe there's been a few mentions of this on here but I thought it worth saying again.
Battery life on my pixel 8 is now outstanding.
The only thing outside the ordinary I've done since QPR2 is turn on 4G only mode. I did try it for a few days with 5G and battery life was still very good compared to the last few months.
I woke up at 8am today, browsed for about half an hour with my phone still plugged in then unplugged it and been busy doing Christmas chores around the house with my phone in my bag just idling. I mowed the lawns listening to an audiobook for an hour with Bluetooth earbuds with the phone in my pocket then put it down again.
It's now midday and the phone had used just 3% battery from 80% to 77% (I only charge to 80%).
I used to have to put the phone in aeroplane mode at home just to get through the day.
Very very pleased, I don't know if this has something to do with the Graphene team or AOSP so whoever is responsible thank you very much.
