GrapheneOSgraham One possible explanation would be if you ever logged into anything owned by Google in the daily profile, using any app or web site. If so, that app might have saved the login information in the Android "accounts" database in the profile.
In the daily profile, in Settings, try "Passwords, passkeys & accounts" to see if there is an entry for a Google account. If so, then any app belonging to Google running in that profile can access the account information. This is a convenience feature built into Android -- for example, somebody who signs in to Amazon's Kindle app and launches their shopping App doesn't need to log in again.
