One-handed mode regression in Android 16

Good day,
after an update to Android 16-based version of GrapheneOS, there is a regression in a way one-handed mode works. In particular, I seem to be unable to pull down notification area in one-handed mode. Swiping down from the top-right corner of the lowered screen has no effect.
Is that the same for everyone or some local bug on my device?

In previous Android versions it was already somewhat buggy/difficult, but I can confirm that it's now impossible to open the notifications drawer in one-handed mode at all. It's not just you.

Another issue I noticed is that sometimes all the app previews are completely empty until I close the recent apps overlay and open it again.
