Laggy video playback (NewPipe, PipePipe) since A16 QPR2

I noticed this issue upon one of the newer GrapheneOS updates using PipePipe maybe 2 weeks ago. At the time, I couldn't be bothered to poke around for people with similar problems. I just played around with the advanced formats in the "Player" settings and disabled everything but AV1. Has been working fine since.

Same issue happening on Pixel 8 Pro and YouTube revanced based on YT 20.14.43. Video stutters, audio desyncs until I pause the player. Then starts to stutter again after a few seconds.

I also had this issue from time to time with Newpipe on a P9 Pro XL. Not sure, but maybe the latest update to Newpipe 0.28.3 fixed it. At least I did not notice it the last days.
