Hardware: Pixel 8 pro, no observable damage (bought used)
OS: GrapheneOS (latest version), unmodified
Issue: The phone works fine except for when it runs out of battery and I plug in a charger. The exact moment I plug in any power charger, the phone begins power cycling. It starts up the phone even though its battery is dead, but eventually... the phone demands more power than it's getting from the cable and it causes a restart. If I unplug the power cord while startup, it immediately shuts off. If I let it stay charging and trying to start up, it takes an absurdly long (about 10 minutes) time waiting at the GrapheneOS startup screen, then decides to restart again. This happens repeatedly, causing restarts and long startup screens over and over. Eventually the phone battery gets some juice, like 2-3% at least, and then will start up okay, and keep working fine while charging slowly.
Is this a GrapheneOS issue? If so, how do I file a ticket?
