Roberto897 Beginner question: tried hard again and again but can not find answer in usage guide, forum search or online... the ability to do screenshots swiping up (where you see preview of all the apps open...sorry english not my mother tongue) has "disappeared" together with the "split" function and have not been able to reinstall it or find alternative or replacement...could you help me out please? Thank you so much!
Dumdum Roberto897 Weird, the screenshot button is still there for me at the bottom. But on the Recent Apps screen, you should see the name of the app at the top of each app window. Clicking that should show a menu where you have the option to screenshot. If you have more than one app open on this screen, then you can also Split the windows from this menu as well.
Murcielago Roberto897 screenshots Screenshots can be taken by pressing Power and Volume Down buttons at the same time. In this app overview you can also take screenshots via a small button " Screenshot" which appears swiping up. split screen Swipe up from the bottom of your screen to the top. Open an app. From the bottom of your screen, swipe up, hold, then let go. Tap the app's icon. Tap Split screen. You'll see two screens. In the second screen, tap another app. To see one app again: Drag the bar between the apps to the top or bottom of your screen. Source: https://support.google.com/pixelphone/answer/7444033
Roberto897 Thank you all, yes, it was like this, swiping up two buttons appeared.... not any more and frustrating not having been able to reinstall as I used them a lot. Thought had to do with new release ...well only thing I can do is find alternatives.
