I'm not that familiar with MSAB, but Cellebrite has solutions for RAM extractions on "hot" devices.
With a small liquid nitrogen box, the device will not survive it, but the contents of the RAM will.
Sometimes it is enough evidence and no further actions are needed. Especially when the owner of the device
doesn't cooperate due to them being DOA.
