Accessing Exchange calendar without Outlook

Are there ways to access an exchange server calendar without installing Outlook or Google calendar?

For my personal calendars I host Radicale, access it via DAVx5 on the phone and then the calendars become available in fossify calendar. On PC it works via Thunderbird.

When it comes to my work calendar it's hosted on the exchange server. On my PC Thunderbird supports calendars. However in the mobile app there is currently no support. Are there any apps, preferably open source or something lightweight, that can connect to exchange calendar and expose it to fossify calendar? Or some other calendar app that is not google or outlook?

EmberGuardian I don't need to edit my work calendar so I just share it to myself as a read only link, then add it to my personal calendar using ICSx5

Em Client supports exchange. I have been a user of em Client for desktop for some time and enjoy the features. The android app is pretty fully featured for a mobile app and includes contact, calendar, and task management in addition to just email.

I also share a work exchange calendar with my personal email (fastmail) that I then access via Davx5 on my phone so that I can view all my calendars in one place, with something !aCalendar widgets , even if work is only read only.

Not open sourced solutions but it works for me.

There is also DavMail, though it would probably require running on a server for your desired use.
