3rd party launchers support for private space

I have troubles making private space work with any 3rd party launcher that I've tried. I found some older threads that mention Kvaesitso, Lawnchair, Multi Launcher, Pie lauhcher (maybe not all of them were claimed to support 3rd party launchers but these are the ones I tried), however I didn't find a way to access private space apps in any of them. Did something change in the last year or are there some configuration steps that I'm missing? Or is it simply that current state of private space support is just not good? In the past I used Nova so there are some things which I'd like to tweak compared to the default launcher.

EmberGuardian the recent GrapheneOS release, 2025121001, is still available as alpha, comes with some changes to stock launcher. Some of the new features are similar to Lawnchair2.

I use μLauncher (version 0.2.8+accrescent) which works great with Private Space.

You can open and lock Private Space in the launcher's app drawer using the lock icon in the top right corner. (Private Space apps are not displayed in the app drawer when it is locked).

If you don't see the lock icon: μLauncher > Settings > Launcher > disable Hide Private Space from app list.

I know Niagra Launcher does but the private space doesn't show up as a separate section/entity, the main apps list is just populated with Private Space apps with the appropriate shield icon on them to differentiate them from Owner apps.

I use niagara launcher, and it's got a 'private space' section. When pressing that, it'll ask the pin to unlock it and there you go. Flawless integration as with everything with niagara

lawnchair beta from github,
the version on play store is much older afaik.
the nightly builds are ok to use, never had any regressions.

Smart Launcher supports it. It shows up as an option in the launcher menu in the app drawer. I haven't really used it all that much (private space, been using the launcher for a decade) but I can confirm it definitely works.

Thank you all for the comments and suggestions! One thing that wasn't obvious to me is that one needs to actually set the launcher as the default launcher in the setting for private space to appear. I was initially just launching the launchers as regular apps just to test things out before "committing", turns out in that case the app doesn't get access to private space.
