What is the best way to privately track app usage data on GrapheneOS?

It's a shame that this feature, which exists in normal android, is deleted in graphene. It should be opt-in.

TeaMaster69 Here's one way to do it with no Adb, no Developer options, this app;

Open it, scroll down to and select 'Settings'. Search for 'usage', make a shortcut of the last entry by longpressing it, put on homescreen.

It seems possible that a misunderstanding is in progress.

Google's stock OS for Pixel devices is derived from AOSP; it is not the same as AOSP. GrapheneOS, like Samsung's OS, is also derived from AOSP. AOSP is the baseline Android; Google's stock OS for Pixel devices is not the baseline Android.

Just because Google's stock OS has a feature does not mean that Google contributed that feature to AOSP. Thus the absence of a feature that Google's stock OS has from GrapheneOS does not mean that the GrapheneOS developers "deleted" the feature.

The GrapheneOS project does remove a very small number of features from AOSP, such as pattern unlock.

To obtain a log of apps activities in terms of network access ...or..the number of hours it has been used ?

For the purpose of checking access logs and storage access or errors crashing debugs ?

If a downloaded certified app ia secured by devs,then i guess is a trusted labelled app running inside your device / profile ?

Does the GrapheneOS team have any plans of adding a custom secure/private app usage tracker in their own App repo? It'd be pretty nice to not rely on random 3rd party apps or google for such a thing.

So far I believe the GrapheneOS "App Store" app includes only apps maintained by the team, plus mirroring critical Google apps such as Play and Android Auto, plus the Accrescent app store.

Though it would be possible to file a request in the GrapheneOS issue tracker that the team develop and/or maintain an app-usage tracker, my informal sense of the team's priorities suggests it would probably be more productive to encourage the author of an existing app to look into joining Accrescent.
