This is for the Pixel 10 Pro which i unferstand is in the experimental phase so I am aware that could be the issue. The default GrapheneOS Messages app doesn't always give a notification when there is a new message. This is on a non owner account with all notifications on. Furthermore, when receiving a new text, navigating to said message --> People & Options --> Notifications will show notifications off with a text of "At your request, Android is blocking this category of notifications from appearing on this device. From what I can see, all notifications are on for Messages with battery usage set to Unrestricted. Sometimes I get a notification, sometimes I get nothing until I open the app. Sometimes it will give a notification that another profile has messages, but doesn't give a notification or dot icon for the in-use profile. Sometimes I get both notifications from the in-use profile and one for the owner profile having a new message (Expected behavior).
I have the same issue with the Telegram app, although I'm not sure if it's a related issue. Telegram is in a 3rd profile with Google Play services enabled, battery usage set to Unrestricted, Telegram having full notifications and its battery usage also Unrestricted. Same outcomes as above with varying types of outcomes ranging from no notification to multiple notifications depending on which profile I'm on.
Anyone have any ideas/suggestions? Thank you!
