I am trying to install Google Messages APK, and before I tried installing it. I uninstalled what I had already.
I cleared storage and cache before uninstalling it, I reset app preferences, and it still won't let me install the standalone APK. Files has full permissions, and the error says "App not installed as package appears to be invalid".
It is also not the wrong variant. Idk what I am doing wrong.
