MDM enrollment inside of a private space?

Hello, does anyone knows if it's possible to somehow proceed with MDM enrollment inside of a private space on GrapheneOS? I heard it's possible, but when I try it, it fails to create a work profile with following error message: "Can't add work profile - A work profile can't be added to this Pixel Tablet. If you have questions, contact your IT admin."
It works outside of private space, but I'm particularly interested in enrollment inside of it, so if anyone has succeeded with it, could you please advise?

What I am saying is a guess here, but I assume that the MDM app acts like a container for a nested space. And in Android, you cannot nest private spaces inside other private spaces. So it simply won't work. You could set it up on a secondary profile, maybe?
