Drain battery and dead phone ?

Hello,

Few days ago I install GOS on the Pixel 8 of my mother (directly on the website)

She forgot to charge the phone... and now it's seems I can start at all...
I charge on sector for 4 hours now, try to open with Power button alone, Power + sound... nothing :/

I'm afraid that my mother or me make a mistake somewhere ...
How I can fix it ?

taleo try pause device from first bootscreen, icon high on the right side of display. If you manage to get it into pause, let it charge
