Map missing in apps

I'm new into GOS. Sometime its quite arduous.
In some apps the map is missing.
(streetspotr & appjobber)*
I tried with Google maps. Don't know if needed for background services. But, doesn't help. Even gave full authorization.

There are (app related) spots on the (*APP intern) 'map' ...on the blank map, a blank window where a map should be.

How to get(s) the maps into apps?

Ollis Have you possibly restricted dynamic code loading via storage for these apps?

I had this problem with some apps if google play service had no network permission.

Google play services:
Lets try. GPServ was fully denieded. Now i gave full autorization. (again, like days before, i think)
Wow! AJ now shows the map!
SS isn't.
After this i set the GPServ allowance to 'just by running app'. -AJ shows the map.
Set to 'Ask everytime' -AJ shows map.
'Denied' (like before) -AJ still shows map.
Nice. Whyever.

But SS isn't. Even after clearing cache and end&restart app. My position is shown, all spots are in their positions. But no map, no streets.

i dont understand what 'dynamic code loading' is.

EDIT: Edit.
Second&3. line: fully access to position & network permissions.
Line6+: position allowence.

Took some time for SS to get the data from open networt setting.
Now both apps shows map. Even if GPServ settings are denied.
If someday the map is missing again, i know what to do.
