MAC address protection of a laptop when connecting over a GOS phone's hotspot

GrapheneOS randomizes the Mac address of the phone so the device can't be tracked by for example a public wifi.
But what happens if I connect my phone to the public wifi and share hotspot/usb-tethering to my laptop?
Could the wifi in some way see the mac address of my laptop?

Yes, this was a my mistake.
I created an account and posted this thread, when I tried to login to see the replies, it didn't work so I thought that I might didn't post the thread.
