Battery saver mode trigger level

Currently, my P9 offers to turn on battery saver mode at 20%.
Is there a way I can tune this trigger level, if not by adb ?

You can set it from 20-75%.

Battery > Battery Saver > Set a schedule > Based on percentage

This is not exactly the same thing as the threshold for the notification. It will automatically turn on Batter Saver at the selected percentage.

It's the closest you can get. I'm not sure what (if any) additional options adb might provide.
