"Private Number" in call history, after dialing a number with the dialpad

When I dial a number with the dialpad, it sometimes shows up in the call history as "Private Number" afterwards. This means I can't redial it. This is very unpractical for me because I normaly do this very often. Now I have to retype the number, because the "Private Number" entries can't be redialed. This behavior started a while ago. I don't know how and why it started. Any insights? Thanks.

Investigated further. The number changes from the entered number to "Private Number" during the connection process. I can see the number I have dialed for a few seconds, then the number changes to "Private Number" while connecting the call.

"Private Number" is stored in the call history afterwards.

Tested more. It doesnt happen with all numbers. Some show up normaly, others get rebranded as "Private Number".
